As a woman who started in logistics over 25 years ago, I’ve witnessed decades of behaviors from so-called leaders that were far from inspiring. Early in my career, I made the mistake of admiring the wrong type of leadership, mimicking behaviors I thought earned respect. In reality, it helped create a culture I wasn’t comfortable working in.
